Multidisciplinary Approach to the Location of Clandestine Graves and Recovery of Human Remains

Registration for the June 1-5, 2026 course is open!


This course is intended for law enforcement personnel and forensic professionals working with law enforcement agencies (death investigators, crime scene techs, detectives, crime lab managers/techs).

Course topics include: site search techniques, forensic botany, bone identification, GPR, drone technology and law enforcement, decomposition cycle, scent detection dogs, evidence photography, impression evidence, landfill searches, animal signs and scavenging, and exhumation techniques and other relevant topics.


Upon registering, you will be sent a link to reserve a hotel room at Government rate. Catered lunch and refreshments are provided.


Note: Participation in this class does not automatically lead to membership in NecroSearch International, nor will it make the participants experts in the fields presented. Participation in the class is at the sole discretion of NecroSearch. Attendees will be asked to verify professional affiliation when registering for the course.

Training is intended for law enforcement agencies and forensic professionals affiliated with law enforcement and is not open to the public. Credentials will be verified at the time of registration.
